A Florida woman has been arrested and charged after allegedly posing as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in order to kidnap her ex-boyfriend’s current wife, according to police. On Thursday, April 10, 52-year-old Latrance Battle allegedly went to the location of a hotel chain where the woman worked and approached the woman, claiming to be an ICE agent there to detain her, according to an arrest affidavit the Miami Herald reported. In a statement on the Bay County Sheriff’s Office’s Facebook page, officers said Battle arrived wearing a black shirt with “ICE” printed on the front, a business...

We told you the media would run away from this story once the identity of the U-Haul driver was identified. Sai Varshith Kandula, 19, rammed security barricades near the White House early on May 23. Explosives were not found inside the vehicle, but a notebook and duct tape were found in his backpack. There was also a Nazi flag, something the Left zeroed in on like a Tomahawk missile before Mr. Kandula was revealed as the perpetrator. A nonwhite man from Chesterfield, Missouri, committed the crime. It was time for the liberal media to deploy countermeasures. Kandula reportedly wanted to...

New York City prosecutors have charged four Iranian spies with plotting to kidnap a U.S. journalist from Brooklyn, smuggling her out of the city on a speedboat then sailing down to Venezuela before flying to Tehran, after she criticized the regime for its human rights abuses. Masih Alinejad, 44, a producer with Voice of America, told NBC News that she was the target of the plot. She was not named in court documents. The conspirators, described as intelligence officials, had also plotted to lure a person in the UK and three others in Canada to Iran, an indictment said. They...

Both CNN and the Washington Post reported yesterday that the Iranian regime is plotting to kill President Trump. Jewish World Review has posted the Washington Post story in accessible form here. Intelligence concerning the plot derives from a human source and is apparently unrelated to the attempted assassination of Trump over the weekend.NRO’s Jimmy Quinn quotes Rich Goldberg’s tweet on the rationale for such an operation: “Donald Trump is an existential threat to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The regime knows maximum pressure will return.”The incompetence of the Secret Service presents something of a national security crisis. The Post drily...

The private jet Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) said she chartered for her secret trip to Florida in March is not approved to be chartered, the FAA told the Detroit Free Press Monday. The new problems arose when Whitmer’s chief of staff, Joanne Huls, attempted to explain away the flight Friday by saying a related 501(c)(4) so-called dark money group paid for the flight. It was determined the cost of the roundtrip was $27,521, and Whitmer personally reimbursed the fund just $855 for her seat. It was not clear how they arrived at either figure.

No evidence has been found that members of the left-wing antifa movement were involved in this week's storming of the Capitol building, the FBI said Friday, contradicting a narrative pushed by some Trump allies. "We have no indication of that at this time," Washington Field Office assistant director Steven D'Antuono said during a briefing when asked about any potential involvement of antifa. The term is used to refer to the loosely connected network of far-left activists who say they are fighting against what they perceive as fascism. Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Michael Sherwin separately said Thursday...

Sworn FBI testimony in the trial of the men accused of plotting to kidnap Michigan Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer has revealed that the FBI played such an integral role in hatching the alleged plot that they even trained the men to kidnap the Governor. An undercover FBI informant trained men to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer, according to the sworn testimony of FBI agent Henrick Impola, which came as part of the ongoing trial of three men who are accused, along with eleven others, of plotting to kidnap the Michigan Governor. The alleged plot to kidnap Whitmer was “busted” less than a...

The full story of how far it has fallen. We know that the FBI was all in on the Russian Collusion hoax, that it faked a kidnapping plot against far-Left Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and that it raided Donald Trump’s home in yet another transparently political attempt to frame the former president for a crime and render it impossible for him to run for president again in 2024. A majority of Americans now believe that the astoundingly corrupt Merrick Garland has turned the FBI into “Biden’s Gestapo.” And it’s true: the FBI is all of that and more. But the...

The FBI director knows a lot about issues that matter to the Biden regime and the media. But he isn’t so savvy when it comes to issues that matter to Americans. It was time for him to fly. FBI Director Christopher Wray, testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee for the first time since July 2021, insisted he had to leave the hearing by 1:30 p.m. sharp. (It began at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.) Despite leading a scandal-ridden agency quickly losing the trust of the American people and congressional Republicans, Wray somehow believes that setting aside less than four hours...

In October of 2020, 13 men were charged in connection with a plot to kidnap the Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer. Six people were charged in federal court and Michigan’s own Dirty Dana Nessel charged another seven in state court. Of the defendants who chose to contest the charges, the government is batting 0-4 so far. Two defendants had a mistrial declared after juries were unable to reach a verdict, and two were found not guilty today. As more information comes out about the plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer, it’s becoming increasingly clear that the FBI played an instrumental role...

A militia group planned to violently depose Michigan’s government and abduct Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), the FBI said in a federal affidavit filed Thursday. "Several members talked about murdering 'tyrants' or 'taking' a sitting governor," an FBI agent wrote in the affidavit, obtained by the Detroit News. "The group decided they needed to increase their numbers and encouraged each other to talk to their neighbors and spread their message." Federal prosecutors plan to make a fuller statement on the alleged plot later Thursday, according to the newspaper. At least five men have been charged in connection with the alleged plot,...

The FBI agent credited with thwarting the plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has been fired from the agency after domestic violence allegations were levied against him. According to The Detroit News, Special Agent Richard Trask was fired last week while awaiting trial on charges of assault with intent to do bodily harm and allegations that he beat his wife’s head against a nightstand following an argument caused by a swingers party they attended. The firing of the law enforcement officer comes amid questions concerning potential misconduct by the FBI during the kidnapping investigation, and whether as many as...

VIDEOWatch FBI Director Cristopher Wray answering questions from Senator Amy Klobuchar about the Capitol breach on January 6. When she points out how unprepared the FBI seemed to be despite the fact that all you had to be was a sentient being to know there would be problems there that day, Wray seems very oddly satisfied to the point of appearing to be almost giddy. A very strange reaction especially when compared the his extremely defensive attitude when he was questioned about FISA abuses by the FBI.

One of President Barack Obama’s top funders, Code Pink’s Jodie Evans, is encouraging the kidnapping of former President George W. Bush and his wife Laura, according to new statements issued this week by Jodie Evans and Code Pink. While it might be tempting to look at this latest effort by Code Pink as an innocuous publicity campaign, Code Pink’s history of working with state sponsors of terrorism and supporting violent protest against President Bush–and their near successful arrest of then-Attorney General Alberto Gonzales–is cause for concern. Two weeks after meeting Obama at a high dollar fundraiser in San Francisco, Jodie...
