Today the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) considers whether or not to hear arguments in a constitutional issue of monumental importance. It is the case of Berg v Obama, where the eligibility of President Elect Obama is called into question. This case is unique in that it has been scheduled for 2 conferences.
