Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court.
The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable.
On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them:

Let’s hope this has legs and gets the attention it deserves. We need an answer and the fact that 0bama has spent so much time and money trying to hide or destroy this information is telling. An honest man would not be doing this.

I don’t think Rush is a coward, but I can’t help wondering if Obama made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. Avoid the birth control issue or be thrown off the air by the Fairness Doctrine.
Good point. Apparently Dr Taitz has evidence that Barry applied for college funding as a foreign student, under Indonesian citizenship. No wonder Richardson called him an immigrant! He’s illegal too, since he hasn’t got a green card, never revoked his Indonesian citizenship that anyone can tell, and is running a ... oh, never mind. Nobody cares about that stuff anymore. Undocumented bunko artists are a favored class now that the democrats are ruling.
And Repubs are either cowed by dirt that Dems have on them, paid off in advance, or just plain eunuchs. Or all three.
Where are our FR attorneys now? The attorneys that were telling us this was unimportant and not worthy of our efforts and the Constitution is just paper and the courts would never entertain this. This would be earthshaking if the Supremes actually wanted to enforce the Constitution...yikes what is the world coming to...I thought the legal books were full of ways around the Constitution. This would be terrible if the attorneys had to abide by the founding document.
I would imagine they haven’t talked about it because it is a standard procedure that is the same as the other cases such as Berg and Donofrio, which were rejected. It does not indicate that Roberts agrees, or has even read the case completely. Strangely enough, Hawaii statute 338 doesn’t say what this case says that it says, so even in the best case scenario, where the court actually agreed to hear this case, it would be quickly dismissed. However, the court won’t hear this case. I would bet my 24 year pension on it.
Be still my beating heart. If this is for real . . . my oh my oh my if it develops wings . . . because we are in for something akin to the Revolutionary War, only bigger.

lj, I’m convinced we have at work something like the impeached but not removed scednario. The Pubbies care so little for the Constitution that they will allow it to be abrogated if it means they have a dem president they can continue to harass with questions of tainted eligibility. They come across as dumb as a box of rocks and selfishly absorbed for their own hides. Time to clean house.
