    President Trump’s longtime adviser Roger Stone was charged Friday with lying and witness tampering in connection with the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. He also threatened to steal a dog, according to the indictment by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III. The indictment does not name the dog or the dog’s owner.
