The man convicted of kidnapping, raping and murdering 5-year-old Kamarie Holland in Phenix City is scheduled to be executed Thursday evening in south Alabama. Jeremy Williams, 42, is set to be executed Aug. 13 at approximately 6 p.m. CT at William C. Holman Correctional Facility in Atmore. Williams was convicted in the December 2021 death of Kamarie Holland, whose disappearance sparked a large-scale search across the Chattahoochee Valley.
