The judge who found Donald Trump liable for fraud and ordered the former president to pay $454 million said he will not recuse himself from the case. Trump asked Judge Arthur Engoron to step aside from the case, which is on appeal, alleging he engaged in “prohibited communications” with a real estate lawyer about the case before his decision was rendered earlier this year. “I am supremely confident in my ability to continue to serve, as I always have, impartially,” Engoron wrote in an order Thursday. The judge said that over three years into the litigation, his recusal would result...

VIDEOFirst they GLOATED. And then they cried. Oh, how they cried. And they are still crying over the appeals court in New York reducing Donald's Trump bond in DEMENTED Judge Engoron and CORRUPT DA Letitia James' case. Yes, the liberals were drooling over the strain the original bond would put upon Trump's finances right up until the bond was REDUCED from $454 million to $175 million which coincidentally happened at almost the same time Trump became billions of dollars richer due to his Truth Social soaring in price on its first day of NASDAQ trading. Was this all just a...

The $464 million judgment “still stands” against former President Donald Trump, a spokesperson from New York Attorney General Letitia James’s office responded to Monday’s court ruling. The five-panel New York appeals court ruled Trump could post a bond “in the amount of $175 million” to cover the judgment. VIDEOThe liberals smugly thought they had it all figured out. Get a deranged judge and a TDS prosecutor who campaigned primarily on Trump hate in New York to find Donald Trump guilty on an absurd charge that no one else in history had been charged with and for which there were NO victims. Of course, this totally bogus case was sure to be tossed on appeal but the whole point was that during the appeals process that could last for many months or over a year, Trump would have to come up with the over $350 million penalty and prohibited...

The verdict in the civil fraud trial against President Trump has been delayed until early to mid-February, according to a New York court spokesperson. The non-jury Soviet-style show trial played out in court for 11 weeks. Far-left Judge Arthur Engoron previously said he would deliver a verdict by January 31. The early to mid-February date is a “rough estimate” and the decision will be a “written filing,” The Guardian reported. It is unclear why there is a delay, however, legal watchers have speculated that it may be because of a last-minute letter from a former federal judge. Former federal judge...
