Police announced on Monday, Sept. 15, that a woman from Buffalo, New York was arrested and charged after allegedly using pepper spray on another customer last month at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Cheektowaga, NY. According to WVIB 4, Jnaya Johnson, 23, was charged with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully possessing a noxious material.
