Colorado .. tried to bar President Trump from the 2024 ballot—only to be rebuked unanimously by the Supreme Court—is now under scrutiny for far more than election antics. Colorado has become ground zero for judicial tyranny, a place where whistleblowers are crushed, innocent men are financially destroyed, and courtrooms operate more like cartel headquarters than halls of justice. The case of Tina Peters, the Mesa County clerk-turned-election integrity advocate, is finally drawing attention from the Department of Justice. After years of political persecution, Peters’ case has shifted from the DOJ Civil Division to the Criminal Division, with officials asking if...

Today the Colorado Deep State in conjunction with the Globalists were unsuccessful in dismissing the DOJ Statement of Interest against Tina Peters. This alone was a HUGE victory for justice. Leading up to today, the Insurgent Marxist Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser on behalf of his Globalist handlers did all he could to prevent the case from even being heard. He even attempted to utilize last minute 3rd Grade excuses reminiscent of why homework wasn’t done. Their excuses were also unsuccessful. The Judge today heard both sides, and instead of ruling in favor of the Deep State as it usually...

An immigration judge in the case surrounding detained activist Mahmoud Khalil has given the Trump administration one day to show evidence the former Columbia University student should be deported, as she wants to make a decision on the issue Friday. Louisiana Judge Jamee Comans said Tuesday the government had 24 hours to produce evidence against Khalil, a green card holder being targeted by the Trump administration over his role in pro-Palestinian campus demonstrations last year. Comans said that without sufficient evidence, she will terminate the case Friday and Khalil will be released. The federal government would not be able to...

In yet another blatant display of political persecution, former Mesa County, Colorado Clerk Tina Peters, 68—a gold star mother—was sentenced to 9 years in prison in early October. In August, Peters was found guilty on seven of ten charges for preserving critical election data. After bravely raising questions about election irregularities, Peters was relentlessly pursued by local and federal authorities, culminating in charges that were politically motivated from the outset. Peters’ crime? Exposing the truth about what happened in the 2020 election. As a last act before entering prison as the result of a political prosecution, Peters publicly released the...

As Steve Bannon would likely say, “Jena Griswold, Suck on This”. Your recent despicable dodging and cover-up interview with Kyle Clark from 9News in Denver leaves zero doubt in anyone’s rational mind that the Contrived Password Divulgence Charges levied upon former Mesa County, Colorado Clerk Tina Peters were solely fabricated to put her in prison. During this SOS Griswold interview, she emphasized how the BIOS Passwords on her SOS website were incomplete, and thus unusable. (However, according to a well respected security expert, this is likely not true based on a review of the passwords and comments surrounding them. However...

DENVER (KDVR) — Colorado’s Republican party accused the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office of “quietly” removing a publicly accessible spreadsheet from the office’s website that “contained BIOS passwords for election systems in 63 of the 64 counties in Colorado.” The GOP said in its release that there were over 600 “BIOS” passwords that were not encrypted or protected, and were open to the public for anyone who knew where to look. BIOS, or Basic Input/Output System, is how a computer’s operating system knows how to operate.... The Colorado Republican Party called on the Secretary of State’s Office to provide a...

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The former elections manager for Mesa County told jurors Wednesday about Tina Peters’ possible malfeasances after the 2020 election. Sandra Brown said she was suspicious of the former Mesa County clerk and recorder two days before the trusted build, a planned software update on Dominion Voting Systems machines, on May 25, 2021. She was brought in to meet with who she believed was the new administrative assistant for the Department of Motor Vehicles, Gerald Wood — a software engineer. The man who Peters introduced to her as Wood wasn’t him but, in fact, Conan Hayes,...

The race for mayor in liberal Pueblo, Colorado, was turned upside down Tuesday when a Republican member of the city council ran for mayor and won. Back in November 2022, city council president and owner of Graham’s Grill and Ruby’s, Heather Graham, announced her run for mayor of Pueblo, Colorado. Graham may have seemed like a long shot, being a Republican in the famously liberal city. “This community that we love has been going in the wrong direction the last few years. I just can’t sit back and do nothing,” Graham said when she launched her campaign, according to The...

Colorado has decided that the only people who should be allowed to pick the Republican Party’s presidential nominee are Democrat legislators and judges. And so the initial totalitarian overreach descends into grim farce. Colorado GOP Chairman Dave Williams told The Colorado Sun on Tuesday night that if Trump isn’t on the ballot, the party would ask the state to cancel the Republican presidential primary. Instead, Republican voters would caucus to select delegates to the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee next year. But Colorado’s Democrat regime refuses to cancel the primary and let GOP voters caucus. Williams told The Sun that...

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.
