GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The former elections manager for Mesa County told jurors Wednesday about Tina Peters’ possible malfeasances after the 2020 election.
Sandra Brown said she was suspicious of the former Mesa County clerk and recorder two days before the trusted build, a planned software update on Dominion Voting Systems machines, on May 25, 2021. She was brought in to meet with who she believed was the new administrative assistant for the Department of Motor Vehicles, Gerald Wood — a software engineer. The man who Peters introduced to her as Wood wasn’t him but, in fact, Conan Hayes, a former surfer and election conspiracist.

Since the trial began, Peters' attorneys have attempted to enter various evidence showing a conspiracy to delete records, however, the judge has consistently shot down these arguments and evidence. Today, Peters' attorneys stated that she was attempting to secure evidence that MyPillow founder Mike Lindell needed in his defamation case with Dominion.

If Dominion can’t produce the records they are supposed to keep, then it is known that the law was broken. If Peters took a snapshot of the system showing that they had the records before Dominion showed up to do their “Trusted (cough... cough) Build”, then it is shown that Dominion deleted the records.
It is Dominion - not the person who caught them - who should be tried and end up in prison.
And the SOS who is trying to punish the innocent in order to aid and abet the guilty should be sitting in prison with them.
This is such a bass-ackward world. Up is down and down is up. We can’t go on like this.
Not one case, so far, has made it past "standing", so the potential for this type of evidence to ever get reviewed are slim to none.

I remember some time back, I want to say during Lindell's symposium in South Dakota, seeing the different images of the drives and she, at the very least, should be considered for a medal herself.
I daresay the folks behind the 2020 cheat/steal won't be seeing any repercussions any time soon.
Ms. Brown, who is testifying against Peters, pled guilty to criminal charges in this case. Seems like she’s trying to blame Peters for everything. The story does mention that Brown pled guilty to charges, but doesn’t detail what part Brown played. Obviously she was part of whatever went on.
In any case, this is deep red Mesa County, and Trump won in a landslide in Mesa in 2020, so doesn’t look like whatever was going on affected the voting.
The Left has secured the "judges" that it needs to overthrow the Republic.

Correct. The whole point was NOT to show any affect on the Mesa County vote. The whole point was to establish evidence that the SoS was deleting certain information required to be kept, and was crucial to Lindell's defamation suite, which is ongoing.
When I argued for a Presidential eligibility law in Nebraska, one of the points in the proposed legislation was a provision that any Nebraska voter has standing to sue.
I think every state needs to have it explicitly stated that it is EVERY VOTER’S BUSINESS to make sure we have honest, Constitutional elections. That means ANY VOTER can demand that the vote tabulation system prove the election and counting were accurate.
