The Jackson County, Missouri, Prosecutor's Office announced Tuesday that it will not be filing charges in the shooting death of an off-duty Kansas City, Missouri, firefighter at an Independence gas station. Anthony Santi, 41, was off duty on Oct. 6 and was at a convenience store in Independence when witnesses said Santi heard a man disrespect a female cashier inside the store.
