Julie Kelly 🇺🇸 @julie_kelly2 James Boasberg, along with 16 DC judges, signed off on the unlawful use of 1512c2--the corporate fraud obstruction statute--against J6ers. He presided over 70 J6 cases, both guilty pleas and conviction at trial. In nearly every instance, Boasberg imposed prison time even for the petty offense of "parading" in the Capitol. He sent 60-year-old Sandra Weyer, a woman from Pennsylvania who committed no violence on Jan 6, to 14 months in federal prison on the unlawful 1512c2 count. After denying several defense motions including change of venue, Boasberg convicted Cynthia Ballenger after a brief bench trial...

President Donald Trump said during an appearance on the Dan Bongino Show that he will fully investigate Jan. 6. Trump stated that he will figure out the identity of the pipe bomber, identify the scaffold man who instigated rioting, and determine whether Ray Epps is a federal informant. “I think we are going to find out about Ray Epps. I think we are going to find out about scaffold man… We’re going to find out who scaffold man is, and we are going to find out about other things, and I think you’re going to be very happy,” Trump said...

Incoming Vice President JD Vance has received some notable criticism for his comments on J6 protesters earlier today, and now he is firing back. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Vance appeared on Fox News Sunday today to speak about the incoming Trump Administration’s plans to save America. But he inadvertently whipped up a social media uproar when the subject turned to J6 pardons. During the discussion, Vance revealed to host Shannon Bream how Trump will decide who should get a pardon and who should stay in jail. And this is bad news for some notable J6 prisoners. “It’s very simple,”...

On this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday” Vice President-elect JD Vance said Trump’s incoming administration “obviously” should not give pardons to people who were convicted of committing violent act on January 6, 2021 at the U.S. Capitol. Host Shannon Bream said, “January 6 pardon, President Trump says there is a process. Where is the line drawn on who will and would’t be considered for a pardon?” Vance said, “I think it’s very simple. If you protested peacefully on January 6 and you’ve had Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice treat you like a gang member, you should be pardoned. If...

A U.S. District Judge denied a Jan. 6 rioter’s request to attend President-elect Trump’s inauguration later this month, citing concerns over the Capitol insurrection which incited hours of chaos and violence in the nation’s capital. Russell Taylor, who is on probation after pleading guilty to obstructing an official proceeding, petitioned the court for permission to travel outside of the Central District of California to attend the ceremony for President-elect Trump after receiving an invitation from lawmakers. Judge Royce Lamberth denied the request in a Friday court order, reflecting on the event that took place after the 2020 presidential election. “Mr....

“The rewriting of the history of Jan. 6, 2021, is incredibly disturbing,” Judge Beryl Howell said U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan says she has often reassured police officers traumatized by the violence of Jan. 6, 2021, that “the rule of law still applies.” But as President-elect Donald Trump — once a defendant in Chutkan’s very court — prepares to retake the White House and pardon many Jan. 6 perpetrators, Chutkan now says, “I’m not sure I can do that very convincingly these days.” Chutkan’s comments, delivered this week as she sentenced another member of the Jan. 6 mob to eight...

Biden told the crowd of blacks one of his favorite lies: “I got involved in civil rights when I was 15!” Joe Biden never participated in the civil rights movement. He has told a version of this lie many times. At one point Joe Biden tried to trash Trump and the January 6 protestors and it went horribly wrong. “He calls the erectionists who stormed Capitol Hill ‘patriots,'” Biden said. WATCH:

It is also widely known at this point that Joe Biden who ordered the FBI access to Trump’s documents at Mar-a-Lago and President Trump’s personal belongings. The Department of Injustice (DOJ) is using a statute called “obstructed a Congressional proceeding” to prosecute hundreds of these protesters simply for exercising their First Amendment rights. This statute is a serious felony with the potential of 20 years behind bars. CNN notes that this case also has implications for President Donald Trump, who was charged by corrupt special counsel Jack Smith for exercising his First Amendment rights on that fateful day. Justice Neil Gorsuch stole the show this morning by blowing up the foundation of the DOJ’s case against the nonviolent J6 protesters. While the Trump supporters simply exercised...

The Supreme Court is expected to issue a decision on Fischer v United States this summer which means hundreds of J6 cases could be upended. Biden’s corrupt DOJ has charged more than 300 J6ers with 18 USC §1512(c)(2). Additionally, two of the four charges against Trump in Jack Smith’s DC case are conspiracy to obstruct so the Supreme Court’s ruling could torpedo the special counsel’s case against Trump as well. Last week US Attorney from DC Matthew Graves fired a warning shot to the US Supreme Court – and J6ers serving time for 18 USC §1512(c)(2), the ‘obstruction’ statute pending...
