BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- An attorney for a co-defendant of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein was found shot in the head shortly after he was kidnapped by gunmen, police said. Sadoon Janabi was working in his office in Baghdad when five gunmen stormed in and abducted him, according to police.
