A Loveland man was arrested Thursday for the attack on two women ... Larimer County sheriff's spokeswoman Eloise Campanella named the suspect as James Bondsteel, 38, of Loveland. He was booked into the Larimer County Jail on charges of kidnapping, attempted sexual assault, first and second-degree assault and menacing with a deadly weapon. The attack occurred on Sunday, Sept. 13, when the two women were confronted by a man with a knife on the Signal Mountain Trail in Poudre Canyon.
