10 years ago today in history, February 28, 1994, six Serb Soko J-21 Jastreb ( RVRS ) combat jets were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Four were shot down by USAF F-16's as part of the then Operation Deny Flight. At the time, U.N. officials said the Serb jets struck an arms plant run by Bosnia's Muslim-led government. Capt.
