10 years ago today in history, February 28, 1994, six Serb Soko J-21 Jastreb ( RVRS ) combat jets were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Four were shot down by USAF F-16's as part of the then Operation Deny Flight.
At the time, U.N. officials said the Serb jets struck an arms plant run by Bosnia's Muslim-led government.
Capt. Robert Wright, flying F-16C #89-2137, got three kills; one with an AIM-120 and two using the AIM-9. Capt. Scott O'Grady fired an AIM-9 at a fourth J-21 but it missed. Two more F-16s arrived and S. Allen, flying F-16C #89-2009 got one using a AIM-9. The remaining two J-21's managed to escape Bosnian airspace via Croatia. One of these later crashed due to fuel starvation.

Scott O'Grady was subsequently shot down by a SAM, evaded capture, and was rescued by the Marines in June '95.

If the Serbs had been flying the Super Soko J-21 Jastreb (with dual nimrod turbo disgronifiers) - it would have been a different picture!

But according to the Bosnian Muslims and all the hyped news propaganda about the war, they were unarmed, helpless and without an army - except for the very end of the war. It's things like this mention of them running an arms plant in the middle of the war which demonstrate that lie.

F-16C #89-2137 ???
Any particular reason we give out detailed intelligence information to anyone?
When I did enemy "air defense analysis" this type of info would be considered a gem!
Keep track of all our enemy's equipment simply by typing in a ser # !!???
Whew! I'm so glad we give our enemies this information just so they have a better chance to KILL us.

Few pay attention to these details and few do the required analysis. I am of the opinion that we were on the wrong side of this war. I very much doubt the atrocities that were attributed to Slobodan Milosovic and have to wonder if we weren't fed a bunch of lies by the various willing media.
I note too that nothing is heard of Mr. Molosovic nowadays. I wonder why that is. Not that I am a fan, you understand, but neither am I a fan of the International Tribunal in the Hague. In my never to be humble opinion, allowing this international "whatever it is" to flourish would be the wrong thing to do.

Ah, but what to make of those who have paid attention, have done the analysis, and find themselves with a completely different opinion than yours?
Don't worry, it's knowledge that has cost more time and effort than it's worth.

In case anyone cares, the J-21 Jastreb is a single seat version of the G-2 Galeb. It was built in the 60's, and carries only a cannon and unguided rockets and bombs. No match for an F-16 or even an F-4. It was supposed to be replaced in the early 90's by something called G-5, but when Yugoslavia broke apart the G-5 project was cancelled due to lack of money so the Bosnian Serbs still fly their J-21's.

Just another example of the Clinton regime assisting the al-Qaeda terrorists in Bosnia.

Yep. Our whole reason for doing what we did in the Balkans was because Klinton was blindly doing Europe's bidding. Bubba never asked why
Europe can't take care of their problems in their own backyard and why America needs to deploy resources and troops halfway around the world while paying for 90% of the operation. What a joke.
That's why Europe always bitches that America is so arrogant. Klinton got them used to a U.S. president that is at the beck and call of the Euro-socialists to carry out their foreign policy for them, accept all the risk, and pay for 90% of it with no questions asked.
