We Catholics have special Latin words for the honor shown the Saints. (Even our separated Protestant brethren do this: There is a stained glass depiction of John Calvin at Westminister Presbyterian Church south of the California State Capitol on N. Street.) We give a level of honor to saints called "doulia" (from "doulos", from Greek for "servant", referring to our relation to them.)
