SRINAGAR, India (AFP) - Seven people were killed and 45 others injured in Indian Kashmir in a bloody start to the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan which Islamic rebels have vowed will be soaked in violence. Ramadan began in Kashmir on Tuesday with a warning from hardline Islamic militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba that it would increase attacks during the holy month.
