Election 2012: Indifference of the administration and the Defense Department will cause a record low military vote this year, particularly in swing states. Those who protect our right to vote deserve better. A new report by the Military Voter Protection Project found that absentee ballot requests by the military have dropped significantly since 2008 and are on track to make 2012 a record low for the military vote.
