HUNTSVILLE, AL — A retired engineer who calls himself a concerned citizen is jumping headfirst into the racial debate at Huntsville City Schools. Claiming to speak for the "silent majority", Hugh McInnish fired off a five page letter to the U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday.
