A pair of college students have been arrested in connection with the brutal slaying of a young horse. Blinn student Kenneth Peterson, 21, is charged with cruelty to animals and criminal mischief. Those same charges have been filed against Texas A&M student Walter Williams Jr., 20. According to police, Peterson and Williams went for a walk in the woods near Wellborn Rd. armed with a polo mallet and golf club.
