A DRUNKEN 18-year-old who streaked through a Christmas Eve mass has been ordered to perform community service at a church. Shaun Edward Mackley admitted entering the Alice Springs Catholic church naked, running up the aisle and jumping on to the altar during a December 24 mass attended by about 250 worshippers. Mackley pleaded guilty to disturbing religious worship in the Alice Springs Magistrate Court yesterday. His lawyer, Russell Goldflam, said the incident was a drunken, spontaneous prank, ABC reported. Magistrate Michael Carey sentenced Mackley to 200 hours of community service, recommending it be performed in or around the Catholic church.
