WAUWATOSA, WI (AP) -- The son of a former state Supreme Court chief justice faces child pornography charges while police pore over his writings that include descriptions of sex acts with youngsters, authorities said. "The first thing we have to do is determine what's fact and what's fiction," said police Capt. Jeff Sutter.
