Man charged in hamburger attack Thursday, December9, 2004, 9:19 AM ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - A Maine man surrendered to police after being accused of assaulting a Rochester, N.H., store clerk with a steaming hamburger. Thirty-seven-year-old Tony Carr of Berwick is charged with simple assault and criminal mischief. Investigators say Carr got angry last week when the clerk at a Cumberland Farms would not allow him to pay for a hamburger while it was heating in the store microwave.
