This is from a Ukrainian March, 2019 story that has Sytnik ON AUDIOTAPE admitting that he helped Hillary in the 2016 elections. Sytnik was the Ukrainian head of anti-corruption task force. Thought some journalists here could investigate and turn this into 'real news': I do not know how, but the Americans have received an audio recording of Mr. Sytnik's conversation: he is resting with his family and friends and discussing how Hillary would like to help. Part of this audio recording was made public by MP Borislav Rosenblatt. And he gave me a statement. Honestly, I was uncomfortable with taking...

In his new book "Fidel: Hollywood's Favorite Tyrant," Fontova describes what he calls a staged interview Dan Rather held with Juan Miguel, father of Elian Gonzalez, the youthful lone survivor of a capsized Cuban boat which sank on its way to the U.S. The custody battle culminated in a dramatic, pre-dawn raid by machine-gun-toting federal agents to snatch the 6-year-old from his Miami relatives during Easter weekend and send him back to Castro's tyranny. Fontova also tells a heart-wrenching story of Cuba's execution of American businessman Howard Anderson. Anderson owned a chain of service stations and a Jeep dealership and...

As Donald Trump began his meteoric rise to the presidency, the Obama White House summoned Ukrainian authorities to Washington to coordinate ongoing anti-corruption efforts inside Russia’s most critical neighbor. The January 2016 gathering, confirmed by multiple participants and contemporaneous memos, brought some of Ukraine’s top corruption prosecutors and investigators face to face with members of former President Obama’s National Security Council (NSC), FBI, State Department and Department of Justice (DOJ). The agenda suggested the purpose was training and coordination. But Ukrainian participants said it didn’t take long — during the meetings and afterward — to realize the Americans’ objectives included...

Obama White House counsel Greg Craig was found not guilty Wednesday of misleading Justice Department investigators. The verdict came after less than a day of jury deliberations in the trial spun off from special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. The 74-year-old, who worked in President Barack Obama’s administration during his first term and also helped President Bill Clinton during his impeachment proceedings, was the highest-profile Democrat to face charges stemming from Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and any connections with the Trump campaign. The trial lasted more than two weeks and included a day and a...

The mainstream press has been totally silent on the criminal trial of Greg Craig, the former Obama Administration official who is facing charges “connected to a Ukraine-related legal project.” “Craig served in 2009 as President Barack Obama’s first White House counsel, was a key figure in Obama’s first presidential bid and had previously joined President Bill Clinton’s White House to defend him against impeachment,” POLITICO said. “Craig is charged with scheming to conceal material facts during a Justice Department inquiry into his Ukraine work and whether it required him to file under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.” Part of the...

Former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates testified in federal court Thursday against Obama White House counsel Gregory Craig about the ex-counsel's Ukraine-related work for Paul Manafort, Politico reported. Gates was a top lieutenant to Manafort, a former Trump campaign chairman, for approximately 10 years. During that time, Manafort supervised a 2012 review conducted by Craig of the abuse-of-power trial of ex-Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, according to Politico. While the review was presented as an independent probe of the trial, it was commissioned by Manafort's primary client, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, and bankrolled by Victor Pinchuk, a steel oligarch and...

The trial of a former White House counsel in the Obama administration was postponed suddenly on Tuesday amid concerns about the jury selection process. Politico first reported that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who is overseeing the case, announced she may have violated Gregory Craig's right to a public trial by limiting public access to jury selection. Proceedings in the trial began Monday, with opening statements expected to take place Tuesday morning. Politico reported that Jackson thought the trial might have to be postponed to November to find another group to lead jury selection. Politico noted that the process...

What do the following four points have in common? The manipulated DC legal case surrounding the Awan brothers; and how they escaped full accountability, likely due to need to protect politicians. (House of Representatives) The sweetheart plea deal. The manipulated DC legal case surrounding SSCI Security Director James Wolfe; and how he was allowed to plea only to lying to investigators when the evidence was clear from the outset how he leaked classified information to his journalist concubine. Again, likely due to the need to protect politicians. (SSCI, Senate) The sweetheart plea deal. The manipulated DC legal case surrounding Obama...

I often find myself having a weird perspective on things, coming to an understanding of issues by piecing together information obliquely, or by going “the long way ’round.” I suppose to some degree, that’s just the nature of the human experience – what, with having limited time and experience to draw from, you can only start to solve some of these puzzled from where you are. But it’s not lost to me how… particularly specific and tangential this lead-in will be.

Former Obama White House counsel Greg Craig will go on trial Aug. 12 on charges that he lied to and concealed information from the Justice Department about his work for Ukraine, according to a judge’s scheduling order issued Friday. **SNIP** Federal prosecutors from the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington are now handling the Craig case, which centers around allegations that he should have registered as a foreign lobbyist for legal work he did starting in 2012 to defend Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych’s jailing of a political opponent. Craig, 74, has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His lawyers earlier this...

Special counsel Robert Mueller referred 14 cases of potential criminal activity to outside offices because the cases were “outside the scope of the special counsel’s jurisdiction,” according to the Mueller report. We know about two of them: Michael Cohen’s alleged wire fraud and Federal Employees’ Compensation Act violations case and ex-Obama administration official Gregory Craig’s alleged FARA violations. Both were referred to the Southern District of New York. The other 12 referrals of potentially criminal evidence were all redacted for reasons of “harm to ongoing matter”

PART 1 – OBAMA AND CLINTON COUNSEL INDICTED – Today the shoe is on the other foot, and I dare say it looks good. Chief White House Counsel in the Obama and Bill Clinton Administrations has been indicted for multiple untruths in the Mueller Probe. However, the Justice Department received no cooperation from those involved with Greg Craig. It seems to me they thought, although Craig told multiple untruths, they were above the law. Craig’s attorneys said, “Mr. Craig is not guilty of any charge and the government’s stubborn insistence on prosecuting Mr. Craig is a misguided abuse of prosecutorial...
