Willard & Kelsey Solar Group LLC laid off about 40 people indefinitely at the beginning of January until changes to its production line are completed, a company official said Monday. NURSES are being banned from parking at the Infirmary – in a bid to encourage them to use public transport. Dozens of staff at the hospital are furious after being told by bosses that their £14-a-month parking permits would not be renewed as they could walk or cycle to work.
