    NEW YORK, March 26 (Reuters) - Washington Post Co (WPO.N) plans to offer a new round of buyouts in 2009 to employees at its namesake, money-losing newspaper, according to a memo obtained by Reuters on Thursday. The buyouts, which the Post will offer to newsroom, production and circulation employees, is aimed at cutting costs at the paper, the memo said. The Post, like other U.S. newspapers, has been hurt by declining advertising revenue.
