    The Twin Counties are mourning the loss of 3 children who died as a result of a Thursday morning house fire. A 4-year-old girl, Ryleigh Delp, and 9-month old boy, Randy Delp, were rescued from a bedroom. The two children, along with their 5-year-old brother, Gabriel Delp, were transported to Twin County Regional Hospital in Galax, where Ryleigh Delp later died. The remains of 7-year-old Dominic Delp were recovered inside the house, Carroll County Sheriff John B. Gardner said. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office said on Friday afternoon that 9-month old Randy Delp diedy at Brenner’s Hospital in Winston-Salem, N.C.
