By executive order, hunting and trapping are temporarily banned in seven townships in the Poconos as law enforcement continue to comb the woods for suspected killer Eric Frein. Those townships are Price, Barrett, and Paradise in Monroe County and Blooming Grove, Greene, Porter, and Lehman in Pike County. Three men are safe after their raft capsized on the Normanskill Creek overnight. The 20-year-old men tried to ride the dangerous waves on an inflatable mattress. One them got out of the water around 3 a.m. and called for help. After a two-hour search by rescue crews in Bethlehem and Albany, the other men were found.
