The combine was reported weaving from ditch to ditch on U.S. 56 highway. It struck a guy wire and caused damage to power poles near the intersection of Southeast 10 Road and U.S. 56 Highway. It then continued West and entered the city of Ellinwood around 10:47 p.m. The driver drove through a residential neighborhood, striking several power poles and a 2005 Cheverolet pickup truck parked on the road. Tommy Lee's helicopter pilot detained for DUI Sunday, February 1, 2009 Rocker Tommy Lee's helicopter pilot has been detained on suspicion of DUI after flying too close to a police helicopter and ignoring direction from a flight tower. Los Angeles police spokeswoman Officer Karen Smith says a helicopter buzzed the police chopper near Van Nuys Sunday morning. A Northwest Airlines flight from Minneapolis to Boise, Idaho, made an unscheduled landing here Tuesday after an apparently intoxicated passenger became unruly and assaulted others on board, a federal aviation official said. John Kinney, acting federal security director in Billings, said Flight 1279 landed at Billings Logan International Airport shortly after 1 p.m., and that a female passenger was removed and taken into custody.
