Gov. Ron DeSantis is adding financial heft to the backlash from undefeated Florida State’s exclusion from the College Football Playoff. DeSantis announced Tuesday that his 2024-25 budget includes $1 million for “any litigation expenses that may come as a result of this really, really poor decision by the College Football Playoff to exclude an undefeated team” that won a major conference title.
