Swatara Township Police on Thursday filed charges against three adults and three juveniles in connection with a brawl that broke out at Steelton-Highspire’s pre-prom walk last month. The fight started on May 22 at the Steelton-Highspire High School campus as friends and family gathered to take pictures and videos of prom attendees.
