The conclusion of the US congressional hearing [last week] on UAPs, formerly known as UFOs, is an opportunity to take stock of where matters stand on a question that has captivated humankind for centuries: Have we been visited by aliens...? *snip* There do seem to be vehicles (“phenomena”?) going many times faster than US military craft, stopping and turning on a dime, showing no visible signs of propulsion and operating in ways that appear to violate standard understandings of aerodynamics. The evidence is from multiple sensor sources, including photography, and supported by numerous eyewitness accounts. The US government is coy...

An international collaboration of astronomers has identified a curious occurrence of nine star-like objects that appeared and vanished in a small region within half an hour... Scientists from Sweden, Spain, the US, Ukraine, and India... investigated...photography that used glass plates to capture night sky images of April 12, 1950, exposed at the Palomar Observatory in California. They detected these transient stars, which were not to be found in photographs half an hour later and not traced since then. The astronomers have not found any explanation in well-established astrophysical phenomena like gravitational lensing, fast radio bursts or any variable star that...

[In] “Ariel Phenomenon,” director Randall Nickerson looks at one of the most famous cases of the second type involving both craft and occupants: the 1994 mass sighting at the Ariel School in Zimbabwe, Africa. It is a portrayal of a potentially “alien” event, told from a decidedly human angle, including the powerful feelings such an event often leaves behind in those touched by the experience. *snip* Nickerson spends a significant amount of the film’s 100+ minute run time exploring the negative side of the Ariel School experience for many of the witnesses, particularly feelings of trauma. This includes students who...

A rather peculiar moment occurred during the Congressional hearings on Unidentified Aerial Phenomenal (UAPs, aka, UFOs) Tuesday (May 17). Congressman Mike Gallagher (R-Wis) asked a question about the 1967 Malmstrom Air Force Base incident, and got a rather astonishing, shall we call it, non-reply. Scott Bray, the deputy director of Naval Intelligence, responded that he knew nothing of the event, other than that it has received some publicity outside of official channels. Of course, we cannot expect that the foremost people leading the UAP investigations, especially at this initial stage, will know everything about every reported incident going back decades....

As Congress prepares to hold the first public hearing on UFOs in half a century, the Pentagon and intelligence agencies are feuding internally over how much to cooperate with demands to investigate and share what they know, according to current and former national security officials. Pentagon officials are under increasing pressure to carry out Congress’ recent mandate to establish a permanent effort to coordinate research into reports of highly advanced aircraft of unknown origin intruding into protected airspace. *snip* But there is a tug of war among competing factions inside the national security bureaucracy that will make it difficult for...

As the Pentagon’s Director for Defense Intelligence and a senior executive in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security OUSD(I&S), Garry Reid was in charge of all counterintelligence, security, and law enforcement operations within the Department of Defense. This, in addition to heading up the Afghanistan Crisis Action Group, the office tasked with evacuating Afghan refugees during America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan. Now, in an exclusive, The Debrief has learned that Reid was recently dismissed from his duties within the U.S. government. Before his ousting, Reid had been the subject of a nearly two-year-long investigation by...

Aliens have been abducting humans and living on Earth before the invasion, a professor has sensationally claimed. Dr David Jacobs, a professor of history at Temple University in Pennslyvania specialising in Ufology, has said he's interviewed several alleged survivors. He has written multiple books on alien abductions from the testimony he was gathered. Dr Jacobs has set out his findings in the documentary Extraordinary: The Revelations during UFO Week on BLAZE. And his conclusion is frightening. He has claimed aliens are preparing to take over Earth, a conclusion he has come to based on their alleged abductions of humans from...

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has become the leader of the free world, holding out against the might of the Russian military and defying the will of a tyrant whom the leaders of the world’s democracies are afraid to confront directly. At the same time, his military, which the West is arming as fast as possible, includes a small group of extremists and neo-Nazis, including some linked to the 2017 riot in Charlottesville, Virginia, which inspired President Joe Biden’s candidacy.

A South African researcher discovered what appears to be an image of a crashed flying saucer on the surface of Mars, according to re-analyzed NASA footage from 2006.[6 minute youtube video] 01:44 a strange trench 01:48 and at the end of it 01:50 a perfect disc 01:52 partially covered in sand and debris and 01:56 behind it 01:57 we have 01:58 random dunes 02:00 now i've removed some of the dunes 02:03 to give you an idea 02:05 of what we're looking at here or 02:07 potentially what we're looking at here 02:10 it looks like 02:11 a disc-shaped craft...

As of this writing, the year is 2020. But what if the year was ACTUALLY 1722? What if hundreds of years ago there was a conspiracy by a few European noblemen to change the modern calendar? This may sound crazy, (and, admittedly, it is a little crazy), but is it possible? Stranger things have happened. It all has to do with the Holy Roman Empire, the Pope, and (maybe) the Byzantine Empire circa AD 1000 (that’s important for later). There's this weird theory called Phantom Time Hypothesis suggests that Dark Ages (614-911 A.D.) never happened...The Phantom Time Hypothesis was first...

Sci-fi films and TV shows have routinely depicted a brutal race of aliens visiting Earth in their spaceships and enslaving unfortunate Earthlings. But according to one expert, extraterrestrial life may actually be too scared of 'dangerous' and 'violent' humans to want to come here. Dr Gordon Gallup, a biopsychologist at the University of Albany, argues that humans are 'dangerous, violent and ceaselessly engage in endless bloody conflicts and war'. For this reason, aliens with the technological capability of making a visit to Earth - if they exist - are likely inclined to stay away for fear of death and genocide,...

A man taking time lapse images of the Milky Way also captured a series of odd light swirls in the sky, and the resulting footage has ignited talk of UFO activity off North Carolina’s Outer Banks. Artist Wes Snyder is well known in the Southeast for his coastal photography — particularly images taken at night — but even he is at a loss for what the rotating red trails might be. The lights are seen multiple times in his video — always along the horizon — and they appear to be circling something. Snyder says the movement defies easy explanation,...

The truth is out there — or at least that’s what researchers at NASA and the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Institute are hoping. While much of the SETI Institute’s research involves scanning space for light and radio signals as indicators of extraterrestrial life, it’s also looking for bigger objects — and specifically alien megastructures. “[It’s] essentially any artificial structure built by an intelligent civilization perhaps for energy harvesting purposes,” Ann Marie Cody, a researcher scientist at NASA Ames and the SETI Institute, told Vice in a fascinating new interview. The method that Cody and her colleagues employ to try...

We are used to looking up when finding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP, previously known as UFOs) of the type reported by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) on June 25, 2021. Six months after the ODNI report, President Biden signed into law — with bipartisan support in Congress — the establishment of a new UAP office. The office, to operate by June 2022, will start a coordinated effort of reporting and responding to UAP and significantly improve data-sharing between government agencies on UAP sightings. But it is also possible to find UAP by looking down at them...

Trailing-edge noise is the dominant source of sound from aeronautical and turbine engines like those in airplanes, drones, and wind turbines. Suppressing this noise pollution is a major environmental goal for some urban areas. In Physics of Fluids, researchers from Xi'an Jiaotong University used the characteristics of owl wings to inform airfoil design and significantly reduce the trailing-edge noise. "Nocturnal owls produce about 18 decibels less noise than other birds at similar flight speeds due to their unique wing configuration," said author Xiaomin Liu. "Moreover, when the owl catches prey, the shape of the wings is also constantly changing, so...

Former USAF nuclear weapons technician Adrian Reister describes glowing 'orbs' hovering around the high-security Missouri base – and coming face-to-face with a 'shadow person' Michael Moran Click for Sound UFOs ‘reminding’ humanity to eliminate nukes says Bob Salas A decorated US Air Force airman is the latest in a long line of military personnel to report strange unidentified flying objects apparently taking an interest in nuclear weapons facilities. Former USAF nuclear weapons technician Adrian Reister was stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, between 2003 and 2007, and had extensive knowledge of the aircraft that operated from the base –...

With everything else on the planet to worry about I don’t know if this is worth keeping you up at night or not. But I pass it on so you can decide for yourself: Inexplicable Phenomena Spur Pentagon to Launch New UFO Investigation Force. It could be anything…The order came five months after a classified US intelligence report on possible alien UFOs came up inconclusive: it could explain some reported incidents but was unable to account for other phenomena, some filmed by pilots near military testing areas.Honestly, they are far more likely to be from, oh I don’t know, China...

Israeli mentalist intends to reveal the location of the Ark of the Covenant, Britain's Daily Star tabloid reports. The Star ran the latest Geller intrigue as its Sunday cover story under the headline "Uri Geller and the Temple of Spoons." According to the Star, Geller posted on Twitter that he knew where the Ark was and when he released the information, it would be "an earth shattering historical tsunami and an archeological and a theological earthquake."

A summary of decades of research on a rather 'out-there' idea involving viruses from space raises questions on just how scientific we can be when it comes to speculating on the history of life on Earth. It's easy to throw around words like crackpot, rogue, and maverick in describing the scientific fringe, but then papers like this one, from 2018, come along and leave us blinking owlishly, unsure of where to even begin. A total of 33 names were listed as authors on this review, which was published by Progress in Biophysics and Molecular Biology back in August 2018. The...

A would-be ghostbuster got busted up when she fell 15 to 20 feet through the roof of an abandoned train station in Buffalo, local reports said. The 35-year-old woman and a man were taking part in a paranormal investigation of the Buffalo Central Terminal on Saturday at 10:30 p.m. when she plunged through the top of a substation, according to reports. She was rushed to a local hospital and treated for multiple unspecified injuries, The Buffalo News stated. The ghost-hunting pair didn’t have permission to be on the property, which hasn’t seen a train in 42 years. SNIP
