The Democratic Party is in an ongoing crisis, but most of the national media aren’t interested. They’d rather talk about the new “rock star,” Democratic Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Coretz, and ignore that the party is up in flames.

Fox News released the results of its latest New Hampshire primary poll on Wednesday, and it doesn't look good for Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson. The poll, the first conducted since Friday's attacks in Paris, finds Donald Trump leading the GOP field with 27% of Republican primary voters. Marco Rubio came in second with 13%, with Ted Cruz trailing behind him at 11%. Everyone else is in single digits. Jeb Bush and Ben Carson received 9% each. Ohio Gov. John Kasich received 7% and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie received 6%.

Once the front-runner in polls, Rick Perry has fallen precipitously and is now tied with Herman Cain at 14 percent in an ABC/Washington Post survey. Mitt Romney has regained the top spot in this poll. For Texas Gov. Rick Perry these are not the best of times. In recent days he’s had to spend precious campaign time defending himself against charges that he leased a hunting camp with a racially offensive name. And Tuesday dawned with more bad news: A new ABC/Washington Post poll shows that his support is evaporating like a puddle in the west Texas sun. Once the...

Santorum, known nationally for his social conservatism, says Giuliani does a good job of reminding people how he governed as a conservative on crime, welfare and taxes in New York City. Santorum also believes Giuliani has scored points on social issues with his comments about judges and Supreme Court justices. "Rudy understands that, on those issues, the courts are where conservatives have been losing the battle," he says. "If he is going to be appointing judges in the Scalia-Thomas (mold), then he is sending a very positive message to conservatives that he understands the importance of having the Constitution interpreted...

Crocs Shoes Making Great Strides [SNIP] The bulky clog with a strap along the heel and holes across the top and around the toes is winning consumers over with its versatility and comfort. Food service and factory workers, hair stylists and hospital personnel buy them for comfort. Boaters and swimmers buy them for function. And some just think they're fun. [SNIP] Crocs, which got its name because the shoes are water-friendly and tough, now lends its cartoon crocodile logo to more than a dozen styles. There are flip flops, slides, a calf-high boot, a hiking shoe and a Mary Jane...
  • The Hype of March - Who will be the band of 2006, and why you shouldn’t care

Ah, March, the time of year when the music business heats up, the world's hot bands descend on Texas and the hipsters get their marching orders on which groups to worship for the next few months. By the time you read this, Racket will be in Austin, wallowing in the rock and roll phantasmagoria of South By Southwest – more than 1,100 bands playing on probably twice that many stages amid fields of fajitas, kegs of Lone Star, breakfast tacos by the ton and caramel-colored oceans of Shiner Bock, all at the world epicenter of twitching, frenzied, clench-jawed hype. While...

ATLANTA - Runaway bride Jennifer Wilbanks has struck a deal for a TV project about her misadventures, irritating some people in her hometown. ReganMedia, which publishes books and produces TV shows and movies, said Thursday that it has acquired all media rights to the stories of Wilbanks and her fiance, John Mason. The New York company did not say whether any money had changed hands. In a statement, company President Judith Regan called the tale "an unexpected and compelling story of love and forgiveness that has certainly taught me a thing or two." ReganBooks has published novels such as Wally...
