Once the front-runner in polls, Rick Perry has fallen precipitously and is now tied with Herman Cain at 14 percent in an ABC/Washington Post survey. Mitt Romney has regained the top spot in this poll.
For Texas Gov. Rick Perry these are not the best of times. In recent days he’s had to spend precious campaign time defending himself against charges that he leased a hunting camp with a racially offensive name. And Tuesday dawned with more bad news: A new ABC/Washington Post poll shows that his support is evaporating like a puddle in the west Texas sun.
Once the front-runner in polls, Governor Perry has fallen precipitously and is now tied with Herman Cain at 14 percent in the ABC poll. Mitt Romney has regained the top spot in this survey, with 21 percent of Republican-leaning respondents putting him as their first choice for presidential nominee.

So Romney and Perry came out on top at Bill O’Reilly’s poll? When asked about where Cain and Ron Paul came out on the poll, they said they had so many calls from their supporters that they had to remove them from the poll?

You do realize that this is just another feeble attempt of the MSM to slam Perry and appoint Mittens, don’t you?
These “polls” they are citing are just straw polls from Florida. They mean nothing.
Except for the liberals to use in decding which GOP candidate they will pick for us.

Better catch up. The polls in question here are a Fox News poll, a Florida poll and a ABC/Washington Post poll. These are NOT based on the straw poll results BTW, if you are not a Perry supporter, why are you so busy here spinning campaign fables for him?

Rick Perry’s real problem is his liberal record; conservatives don’t want another pro-ILLEGAL alien RINO as their nominee.
I still maintain hope that Perry pulls this out. He was down worse than this against Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, with the Bush team supporting the senator. Then he had the Medina challenge. He didn’t just survive. He thrived, and went on to defeat everyone!
