Hail to the Chief. Dave Baldwin, the mastermind behind Milwaukee's legendary spy-themed bar and restaurant the Safe House, died Sunday, his wife, Shauna Singh Baldwin, said. Baldwin had just retired this summer after nearly 50 years devoted to celebrating the spy craft.
