KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Peculiar family is suing Nebraska Furniture Mart after a third-party carpet installer pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a child. The Accurso Law Firm announced Tuesday it has filed a lawsuit in Cass County on behalf Jane Doe, 8, and members of her family.
