Chief Justice Roberts, who reportedly joined the liberal judges on the court in the upcoming decision, was trying to barter with the conservative judges in their negotiations. Roberts is reportedly willing to uphold the Mississippi law that would ban abortion at 15 weeks of pregnancy. It appears that five justices would be voting to overturn Roe. Chief Justice John Roberts did not want to completely overturn Roe v. Wade, meaning he would have dissented from part of Alito’s draft opinion, sources tell CNN, likely with the court’s three liberals.

Dec. 14 rolls by and the vote goes to the house. Each house rep gets 1 vote. Repubs have 26, Dems at 23. Even if they hold all 2018 wins, and gain Pennsylvania seat, they still end up at 26 vs. 24. 25 with Georgia iirc. Repubs vote Trump. 2nd term for Trump.

2 in GOP Eye Lost House Seat From Pa. By MICHAEL RUBINKAM DALLAS, Pa. (AP) — If U.S. Rep. Chris Carney feels like he has a target on his back, it's for good reason. Republicans view the freshman Democrat's 2006 election as a fluke — he rolled to victory after his GOP predecessor became embroiled in a sex scandal — and see his House seat as ripe for the taking. Two wealthy businessmen with similar campaign pitches are vying for the April 22 Republican nomination to challenge Carney in November, dipping into their own personal fortunes as they try to...

The Democrat strategy behind the Murtha ploy was revealed today on Kudlow and Comapany by a Democrat congressman from California. When discussing the war in Iraq and whether or not there would be less troops there by the 2006 election, the democrat congressman stated that there will be less troops only because the Democrats are now demanding a pullout. The Democrats have seen the writing on the wall. Even though their co-cospirators in the media refuse to report it, they know that the US is having major successes in Iraq and they know that the conditions will soon be met...

JOHN KERRY is famously hard to pin down; you can reach out to grasp his opinion only to find that it has flitted away like a bashful butterfly, or a goldfish you are trying to catch with your bare hands. But nowadays his pronouncements and campaign ads are easy to read. They suggest that Iraq is like Vietnam; that our top priority is accordingly not to win but to get out. John Kerry evidently believes, a propos Vietnam, that we should have run away sooner. Many Americans disagree. Many Americans believe that we should have stood by our friends until...

KERRY'S ELECTION STRATEGY John Kerry faced major challenges at the beginning of this election cycle: first, the popularity and credibility George W. Bush had with the American people post 9/11; second, his anti-war movement with Jane Fonda – to include abusive statements about the 2.6 million American soldiers that served during the Vietnam War; third, his abysmal anti-national security voting record; and forth, his failure to leave a legislative footprint in the Senate after being there twenty years. In response to these challenges, Kerry settled on a strategy that maligned President Bush’s military service and undermined the peoples’ trust in...
