RIVERSIDE, Calif. - A lawyer who specialized in defending drug suspects was sentenced to more than 16 years in prison for manufacturing methamphetamine at a lab in his Mead Valley home. Edward Holland Horowitz, 52, was convicted last month of six felony counts and two enhancements, Deputy District Attorney Mark Davison said. Superior Court Judge Judith C.
