I'm *CONCERNED* that when Rush gets out of treatment next month, the *PALM BEACH* district attorney (probably still *BITTER* over the 2000 election!) is going to try to make a *NAME* for himself by going after Rush on *TRUMPED UP* charges. I was *HEARTENED* by initial reports that Palm Beach only goes after *DEALERS*, not *USERS*, but I'm *WORRIED* after reading the *NEWSWEAK* article that says they sometimes *DO* go after users, especially *CELEBRITIES*. I think there is *LEGITIMATE* reason for *CONCERN* here, considering that Palm Beach is a *LIBERAL* county. It scarcely seems to *MATTER* that Rush never committed...
