Breaking, U.S. Law enforcement arrested are holding Raul Garcia-Gomez who was arrested this evening in Mexico for murder of Denver Police officer Donnie Young. Potential for international incident They are now reporting that Mexican authorities refuse to allow the extradition of Gomez unless U.S. authorities sign some type of waiver, that would allow Gomez to avoid the death penalty or life without the possibility of parole. Denver To Report Illegal Immigrant Inmates To Federal Officials City Changes Policy After Death Of Donnie Young DENVER -- Denver has decided to provide immigration officials with a weekly list of all foreign-born inmates held in city jails. Denver Safety Manager Al LaCabe said the city changed the reporting system so the information is provided to the U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement agency on a more regular basis. DENVER - The search continues for a 19-year-old man suspected of killing a Denver police officer. Raul Garcia-Gomez is accused of gunning down Denver police Detective Donnie Young. Garcia-Gomez was featured on the Tv show "America's Most Wanted" Saturday night. Detectives involved in the search are saying very little about their investigation but they do say that they've received several tips from the nationally televised bulletin.
