NEW BEDFORD, Mass. - Illegal immigrants living in New Bedford and Fall River said they're scared to cross into Rhode Island, following Gov. Don Carcieri's enforcement of immigration laws. Under the governor's executive order, Rhode Island State Police have been directed to process immigrants, which could fast track an illegal immigrant's deportation.
