The White House said Friday that the U.S. is “deeply disturbed” by the death of 26-year-old American activist Aysenur Eygi in the Israel-occupied West Bank, calling for Israel to investigate the killing. WILTON MANORS, FLA. (WSVN) - A dangerous discovery was made inside of a Wilton Manors bar as a man pulled out a surprising weapon from his pocket. Working as a bartender in South Florida has its fair share of interesting stories, but for Joe Shakespeare, a customer pulling out a grenade from his pocket was a first. “Yeah, that was a little different, a little scary,” said Shakespeare. This happened Tuesday night, at the Corner Pub in Wilton Manors. It was a usual night with a heavy crowd, and Shakespeare was busy behind the bar when the man casually placed...

Former President George W. Bush says he’s “disturbed” by the immigration debate occurring under President Trump, where after decades, Americans are speaking out against mass immigration to the United States. During a panel discussion alongside former President Bill Clinton, Bush said the current immigration debate “doesn’t recognize” the “valuable contributions” of foreign nationals. “I’m disturbed by the debate that’s taking place because I think it undermines the goodness of America,” Bush said. “I think it doesn’t recognize the valuable contributions that immigrants make to our society. And it obscures the fact — the rhetoric does — that the system is...

New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker told an audience of progressive activists on Wednesday that Americans who aren’t “deeply disturbed” by the current political climate need to “check” their love of country. The man who once said he burst into “tears of rage” after hearing about comments President Trump allegedly made about third-world countries told attendees at the We The People Summit that Americans have lost a “sense of purpose. **SNIP** “Folks are trying to divide us and cut us up, pin us against each other — poor white folks against poor black folks, poor brown folks against poor black folks,”...

ON OCTOBER 1, 2015, in a scene that has become depressingly familiar, 26-year-old Christopher Harper-Mercer walked into Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, and opened fire, killing nine people and injuring nine more. Like George Sodini, who killed three women and himself in an L.A. Fitness Center in Pennsylvania; like Seung-Hui Cho, who killed 32 people and injured 17 others at Virginia Tech; and like Elliot Rodger, who killed 6 people and injured 14 others in Isla Vista, California; a large part of Harper-Mercer’s motivation was his toxic anger at women because of his lack of success with them. Harper-Mercer...

His comments on the matter can be read below. Read More: David Draiman...

A letter was sent to Reuters chief Tom Glocer on Monday expressing the "grave concern of the government of Israel" over the cropping of photographs taken from the Turkish Mavi Marmara ship last week by Minister of Public Diplomacy and Diaspora Affairs MK Yuli Edelstein. The photos, which were published on Sunday in the Turkish Hurriyet daily, showed images of the commandos, their fatigues stained with blood, subdued by passengers aboard the Mavi Marmara ship but excluded the knives held by the aid activists.

Pelosi and the Tea Party 'Share Views' February 28, 2010 8:15 AM House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says she has much in common with the Tea Party. The speaker now says she shares views with movement she dismissed last summer as being “Astroturf” -- her suggestion that the grassroots of the Tea Party were a creation of the Republican Party. In a “This Week” interview with ABC’s Elizabeth Vargas, Pelosi said, “We share some of the views of the Tea Partiers in terms of the role of special interest in Washington, D.C., as -- it just has to stop. And that's...

Some recent events should have come as no surprise to me, having spent decades observing the illogical workings of the liberal mind. First has been the strange reaction to Climategate, from an administration that boldly proclaimed its intention to demand critical thinking in our science and to base policies on the best scientific thought available. Their reaction to the news that political correctness has infected the science of man-made global warming has been to spin the facts and then to deny the implications of the false data and the burying of any study that did not support the global warming...

Click here to view the amazing video! Sir Isaac Newton would be amazed by this awesome video, showing Saturn moons causing gravitational waves as they orbit near its F Ring. These images can only be taken every 15 years, during Saturn's equinox. Thankfully, Cassini is there now. In the video you can see Prometheus (in the inner side) and Pandora (on the outer side), disturbing and smoothing the rings one after the other, which is why they are called shepherd moons. Things get even more spectacular in the Keeler gap, inside the A ring. There, Daphnis surfs the ring creating...

Americans' confidence in Congress is at a historic low point, according to results of a Gallup poll released Thursday. Only 14 percent of Americans surveyed said they had a "great deal" or "quite a lot" of confidence in Congress. That is the lowest confidence level recorded in the history of Gallup polling on that institution, going back to 1973. The previous low was 18 percent in 1991, 1993 and 1994. Those happen to be the last years before the present that the Democrats controlled both chambers – and in 1991 there was also a Republican named George Bush in the...

Who are you to judge? Who are you to say that the more than slightly creepy 39-year-old woman from Arkansas who just gave birth to her 16th child yes that's right 16 kids and try not to cringe in phantom vaginal pain when you say it, who are you to say Michelle Duggar is not more than a little unhinged and sad and lost? And furthermore, who are you to suggest that her equally troubling husband -- whose name is, of course, Jim Bob and he's hankerin' to be a Republican senator and try not to wince in sociopolitical pain...

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - At least 13 people were injured during a "Music as a Weapon" concert Thursday night, according to officials at two Cedar Rapids hospitals.
