CHICAGO (CBS) – A man is charged after claiming to have a bomb in his bag at O'Hare Airport Friday, according to CPD director of communications Tom Ahern. Gilberto Killingbeck, 72, of Boynton Beach, Florida was arrested in Terminal 1 of the airport after jokingly telling TSA that there was a bomb in his bag. The Chicago Police Bomb and Arson detectives investigated and found no explosives in his bag. Killingbeck has been charged with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct for the incident.

Several teen girls who were caught on video attacking a group of Asian students on a SEPTA train in Philadelphia have now been charged with ethnic intimidation and other offenses. On Thursday, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office approved aggravated assault, ethnic intimidation, criminal conspiracy, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct against the four suspects, who are all under the age of 17. One of the suspects was also charged with an additional count of robbery for trying to steal air pods from one of the victims, the District Attorney's Office said.

Allegheny County Controller Chelsa Wagner will stand trial again in Detroit next year on a felony charge of assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer, barring a plea deal, her defense said Friday. The decision by prosecutors to retry the case against Ms. Wagner comes exactly one month after the end of her first trial, when a Detroit jury could not reach a unanimous verdict on the felony — prompting the judge to declare a mistrial on that count. A female protester on the streets of Portland, Oregon, got an agonizing lesson about the hazards of disrespecting law officers and not following orders. The woman was marching during the liberal city’s “Not My Presidents Day” protest Monday when she approached officers in riot gear and began displaying the middle finger right to their face. Last fall five Wisconsin Carry, Inc. members were peacefully enjoying dinner at a Madison area Culvers restaurant. Like thousands of Wisconsin residents, they carry a sidearm for self-defense as a daily practice in the only manner currently provided by Wisconsin law. MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee man said he thinks it's pretty darn ridiculous that he got fined $500 for swearing on a county bus. Terry Duncan said that he considers it un-American to get slapped with a $500 disorderly conduct fine for saying two words. The words in questions started with the letters "f" and "s." SEASIDE HEIGHTS, N.J. – "Jersey Shore" cast member Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has been arrested in the New Jersey beach town where the MTV show is based. Seaside Heights Police Chief Thomas Boyd says Polizzi was arrested at around 3:25 p.m. Friday and charged with disorderly conduct after other beachgoers reported she was bothering them. Polizzi was processed at police headquarters and released on a summons.
