This week has been dominated by the Moscow terrorist attacks as you all know and I would like to offer my condolences to anyone who has been touched by this. In Ukraine, the Russians have stepped up their air attacks on airfields, command centres, troop concentration points, military storage, production and repair facilities and so on. But it is noticeable that the electric grid is being attacked extensively and many gas supply/storage facilities have also been damaged.
