A Sussex County woman saved her 5-year-old son from a capsized canoe in chilly lake waters before slipping beneath the surface and drowning Sunday, state police said. The body of Debbie Snook, 33, was pulled from Culvers Lake about two hours after the 12:40 p.m. incident.
