Democrats took the first step to repeal President Trump’s expanding travel bans Wednesday at a House Judiciary Committee session that devolved into a debate on whether the restrictions amount to a Muslim ban and whether it’s OK to call Trump “occasionally honest.” In a sometimes-testy committee markup, Democrats passed the “No Ban Act” to repeal Trump’s bans that apply to foreign nationals from seven countries – with an additional six countries on deck later this month. While the measure is unlikely to advance in the GOP-controlled Senate, Democrats panned the restrictions as a cruel Muslim ban that has torn thousands...

As the schiffshow continues in the Senate, today we have another piece of the anti-Trump conspiracy puzzle in place. As you likely know, the effort to remove Trump from office formally began on the day we was inaugurated. Almost immediately after that Jerry Nadler saidWe cannot wait four years to vote Mr. Trump out of office, In 2018 Hillary Clinton campaign director and head of the far left Center for American Progress Neera Tanden stated: “Our goal is to be the central hub of the Trump resistance, to hold Trump accountable for the promises he made,” said CAP president and...

VIDEO During a recess at the December 12 impeachment hearing, a live feed caught a cameraman trying to sneakily take photographs of documents on Congresswoman Debbie Lesko's desk. Perhaps the photographer and his associate thought they could get away with it without being found out. OOOOPS!!!

Democrats' path to take over the House in November took a sharp right turn last night as a Republican won a special congressional election in Arizona's 8th Congressional District. Debbie Lesko, a former state senator, bested Democrat Hiral Tipirneni, a physician, by about 10,000 votes. Donald Trump won Arizona by 21 points in 2016. Lesko will serve out the term of Rep. Trent Franks, who resigned in disgrace.

Democrats are hoping to continue their recent momentum in special elections Tuesday when voters outside of Phoenix head to the polls to fill a vacancy created when Republican Rep. Trent Franks resigned in December amid sexual harassment allegations. Democrats don't think they will win the race that pits Hiral Tipirneni, a physician, against Republican Debbie Lesko, a former state senator. And Arizona's 8th Congressional District has all the hallmarks of a place Republican should easily win: Voters in the predominantly senior and white district, where there are around 78,000 more registered Republicans than Democrats, backed President Donald Trump by 21...

Former Arizona state Sen. Debbie Lesko (R) on Tuesday won the GOP nomination to replace disgraced ex-Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.), enabling national Republicans to avoid a potentially costly special election headache. Lesko took a little more than a third of the vote in Arizona's low-turnout special election primary. She outlasted Phil Lovas, a former state representative who chaired President Trump's campaign in Arizona, and Steve Montenegro, a former state senator who came under fire in recent days for sexually-tinged text messages he sent to a staffer.
