An Idaho man accused of murder in the deaths of his late wife and two of his new love interest's children pleaded not guilty to the charges against him Wednesday morning. Chad Daybell was indicted in May on charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, grand theft by deception, grand theft, and insurance fraud.

New information will be announced in the Chad and Lori Daybell case Tuesday morning. Madison County Prosecuting Attorney Rob Wood is holding a news conference at 10 a.m. in Fremont County. Chad Daybell has been taken into custody after human remains were found on his Idaho property Tuesday morning, Rexburg Police Assistant Chief Gary Hagen said at a news conference. Daybell is the husband of Lori Vallow, whose two children have been missing since September.

The mother and step-father of two missing children from Arizona were reportedly contacted by police at a resort in Hawaii Sunday after months of searching for the couple.
