New information will be announced in the Chad and Lori Daybell case Tuesday morning.

Finally we're seeing murder and insurance fraud charges on victims - the kids JJ, Tylee and Chad's wife Tammy.
Also, not in the article, Melanie Gibb was subpoenaed by Lori's attorney for a long list of cult cohorts along with all her electronic devices, travels, etc.
Where are your kids, Lori???
Melanie Gibb also admitted in a phone conversation that has recently been publicized, the murder of Charles Vallow was months in the planning.
She could have prevented the murders of Charles, JJ, Tylee and Tammy if she’d just told the police. But she didn’t so here’s to charges coming down on her.
PING
Save the taxpayers a bunch on money and just hang em.
What the hell have they been waiting for?
What the hell have they been waiting for?
Looks like that the prosecutors are trying to tie them in knots, in case the original charges have issues.
Or it maybe just a part of piling on so that the defendants get some serious time.

The penalty for the murder charges range from life in prison without the possibility of parole to the death penalty, Blake said. Prosecutors were not disclosing what penalty they will pursue, but if they decide on the death penalty, legally they have to notify Lori and Chad within 60 days of their plea.
Ah, they updated the article.
This came down on what would have been JJ’s 9th birthday.
They have a hearing set for June 9th so wonder how these new charges will affect that date. June 9th is also the one year anniversary of the children’s bodies being found in the newlyweds’ backyard.
AZ should be ashamed for ignoring these monsters. They need to add on charges for Charles’ murder and the attempted murder of Brandon. Not sad to see him gone but I don’t believe Alex died of natural causes. He may have committed suicide (with the help of Chad on the other end of the phone) or someone in person having a hand in it.
Pure evil.
They dug them up:
“The remains of Tylee Ryan, 17, and Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, were discovered on Chad Daybell’s property in Idaho.”
