Rahmanullah Lakawal, the Afghan national who shot two National Guardsmen in Washington DC, killing one of them, shared a close tie with an Afghan “suicide bomber” arrested in Texas the day before the shooting. The New York Post has revealed that Lakanwal and Mohammad Dawood Alokozay, who was arrested for making terroristic threats, both worked at the same US military base in Afghanistan for years.
