When Ted Koppel, host of ABC's "Nightline" program, announced last year he'd recite the names of 721 fallen soldiers on Memorial Day, a firestorm of controversy erupted. Conservative groups protested, a major television station owner boycotted the show and a fierce debate raged for days about Koppel's motives. Marine Update!! Early Sunday morning our son, Adam, finally called home from Iraq. After two solid weeks of fighting in some of the toughest battles of this war it was nice to hear his voice again. His mother cried tears of happiness as they talked about the Care Packages listeners had sent and letters opened on the front, so thanks to all who write to him and especially pray for him.
